JUNGLE BAY POUNCES LATE TO SECURE EXCELLENT WIN AT SALISBURY

A fine ride by jockey Martin Dwyer ensured Jungle Bay secured the eighth win of his career when getting home by a neck in the six furlong handicap at Salisbury this afternoon.  Drawn wide in stall nine, he was forced to run at the back early on and patiently waited for space to appear up the rails  with a furlong to go before making a powerful run to the line, just getting ahead of Noverre To Go in the last strides, securing victory at 16/1.
